Over the past few years, several people have called asking for rescue Wirehaired Pointing Griffons. There have been a couple dropped with shelters and subsequently placed with the help of friends in our extended Wirehaired Pointing Griffon community.

In response to the inevitability that a dog we placed will have an owner unable or unwilling to continue its care, we have included a clause in all our agreements requiring this Kennel to be notified before a dog is sold, transferred or given up to a shelter or holding facility.

And since we welcome the opportunity to help find homes for Wirehaired Pointing Griffons, anywhere, anytime, we encourage any person ready to give up their Griff to contact us for possible placement elsewhere.

Simply email the information of the dog, its location and condition, together with pictures, if possible, and we will disseminate the information among other Griff kennels and with websites that support adoption and rescue.
